At Loyal Coffee, we want you to love your brew; if you are not satisfied with your coffee or gear, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please note that for food safety reasons, roasted coffee beans must be unopened to qualify for a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a return authorization.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that equipment is clean and coffee bags are factory sealed.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement coffee within 3-5 business days.
